Returns and Exchanges

Baz’l Couture 14-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Baz’l Couture, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our garments and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns:

All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
Please note that exchanges may take 2–3 weeks due to our made-to-order production process.
If your desired item is not available for exchange, we will offer store credit or a refund.
